The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce Foundation is a tax-exempt organization and was established in 1987 as a New York State Corporation.  The principal office of the corporation is located at 1 Sheldon Guile Road, Owego, NY. 

The purpose of the Foundation as provided in its Articles of Incorporation include:

• The undertaking of various studies and research in the areas of economic planning and development, finance, housing, education and training, health, human relations and other matters of public concern.
• The conduct of training courses, seminars, discussion groups, forums, panels, lectures and the like.
• Any activity, which tends to promote understating, unification or improved relations among different economic, ethnic groups etc.
